At tonight's vigil for the victims and survivors of the tragic gun shootings in Orlando, Florida, I brought along a pinata with anti Donald Trump message.
A good number of folks snapped fotos of the pinata bearing stickers reading #TrumpNever, KKK, racist and sexist, and myself holding the prop. Many thanks to the photographers who shared their images with me, including Patrick Connors.
After this latest American bloody carnage from access to weapons, brought to us by the NRA and their Congressional supporters, I say, fuck prayers and moments of silence and the lighting of candles.
We need sensible gun control and a severe curbing of the NRA's deadly power over our political leaders.
