2 NYT'ers on Board of Miller Defender Dalglish's Group

One of the biggest defenders of New York Times reporter Judy Miller and her unique journalistic skills is Lucy Dalglish, executive director of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press.

The steering committee of the committee includes two reporters from the Times: Stephen Labaton and David Rosenbaum.

Not that there's anything wrong with the two Times-men advising this group, but I do think Dalglish should do much more to inform reporters quoting her that two of her board members are Times journalists.

Dalglish, and Howard Kurtz could do the audience for CNN's "Reliable Sources" on Sunday a big favor and inform viewers of her group's two direct links to the Times.

Also, the Times itself should duly report on Dalglish's two board members from the Times, every time the paper quotes her, especially on Judith Miller or any other time she is quoted in the paper of record.

The Times, thus far, has quoted Dalglish praising Miller to the high heavens, and didn't tell readers who comprises her advisory board.

Here's the link to the list of who advises Dalglish and her committee.
